| 摘 要： | 阐述了医学工程部门早期发展受阻的历史原因,分析了当前医学工程部门的发展现状及存在的问题,提出了医学工程部门管理的转型模式和转型实现后的工作职责及范围,最后指出了可通过建立合理的人才培养机制的方式,加速推进医学工程学科的建设发展,圆满完成时代赋予该学科的新使命。

| Abstract: | The reasons for the arrested early stage of medical engineering department are described, and its status and problems are also analyzed. The transformation mode of medical engineering department is put forward, and its responsibilities and missions thereafter are pointed out. Personnel cultivation system has to be improved to promote medical engineering discipline. |
