中国汉族人群系统性红斑狼疮HLA-DQ基因多态性的Meta分析

目的综合评价中国汉族人群HLA-DQ基因多态性与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的关联性。方法以系统性红斑狼疮病例组和健康对照组的各HLA-DQ等位基因频数分布的OR值为统计量,全面检索相关文献,应用Meta分析软件包Revman4.2,在基因分型水平上,对各研究的结果进行一致性检验和数据合并,并评估发表偏倚。结果等位基因DQA0102、DQB10601是中国汉族人群SLE患者的危险基因(P均<0.05),它们的合并OR值分别为:1.82,1.95;等位基因DQA10301、DQA10302、DQA10601、DQB10301、DQB10302、DQB10401和DQB10503是中国汉族人群SLE患者的保护基因(P均<0.05),它们合并OR值分别为:0.72,0.43,0.36,0.40,0.39,0.24,0.41。结论中国汉族人群SLE与HLA-DQ的某些等位基因具有关联性,且存在区别于其他人群的特殊性。

A meta-analysis on the association of HLA-DQ polymorphism and systemic lupus erythematosus in Chinese population

Objective To evaluate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of HLA-DQ and systemic lupus erythematosus in Chinese population .Methods Odds ratios (OR) of HLA-DQ allele distributions in patients with SLE against healthy controls were analysed . All the relevant studies published were identified , poor qualified studies were excluded and the publication bias was evaluated ..The Meta-analysis software , Revman 4.2 , was applied for investigating heterogeneity among individual studies and for summarizing all the studies .Results DQA1*0102、DQB1*0601 were the risky alleles (all P<0.05) in Chinese population , their pooled OR values were 1.82 and 1.95 DQA1*0301、DQA1*0302、DQA1*0601、DQB1*0301、DQB1*0302、DQB1*0401 and DQB1*0503 were the protective alleles (all P<0.05) , their pooled OR values were 0.72 , 0.43 , 0.36, 0.40 , 0.39 , 0.24 , 0041. Conclusions In Chinese population , some HLA-DQ alleles are associated with the SLE , and these associations are different from those in other populations.
