摘    要:目的探索及评价护生核心能力的培养在PBL教学法中的实施。方法将研究对象分为6大组,每组选组长1名,负责任务分配和组织协调工作。在实施教学时,每大组再分成4小组开展学习。所有组同时接受理论课教学,实践课全部使用PBL教学法。结果护生对PBL教学法普遍表示欢迎,教师的引导作用得以充分发挥。结论PBL教学实践中可以促进护生核心能力的提升。

The exploration and practice of the cultivation of core competence in problem - based learning among nursing students -- Teaching of curriculum of Community Health Research

Abstract:Objective To explore and evaluate the cultivation of core competence among nursing students in the process of implementing problem - based learning (PBL) . Methods All study objects were divided into six groups with a group leader responsible for allocating the workload and coordinating the organization. During teaching process, each group was further divided into four separate sub - groups to carry out learning. All groups received both theory courses and PBL - based practice courses. Results All students expressed strongly interested in PBL learning process and the guiding role of teachers was very well demonstrated. Conclusions PBL teaching practice greatly contributes to the enhancement of the core competence among nursing students.
