| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全身使用抗生素联合泪道冲洗及泪道探通法治疗新生儿急性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:对我院就诊的27例(32眼)新生儿急性泪囊炎,采用全身抗感染治疗并联合泪道冲洗加泪道探通,观察其临床疗效。结果:27例(32眼)通过全身抗感染治疗并联合泪道冲洗加泪道探通法全部治愈,没有1例发生并发症。结论:全身使用有效抗生素并联合泪道冲洗加探通法是治疗新生儿急性泪囊炎的一种成功率高、并发症少且疗程短的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | AIM:To explore the clinical efficacy for treatment of neonatal acute dacryocystitis using antibiotics systemically united with lacrimal duct flush and lacrimal passage.·METHODS: We observed the clinical efficacy for treatment of 27cases (32 eyes) of neonatal acute dacryocystitis using antibiotics systemically united with lacrimal duct flush and lacrimal passage in our hospital.·RESULTS: Twenty-seven cases (32 eyes) through the systemic anti-infective treatment united with lacrimal duct flush and lacrimal passage were all cured; there is no case of complication.·CONCLUSION: Systemic use of effective antibiotics united with lacrimal duct flush and lacrimal passage is a kind of effective treatment which have high success rate, fewer complications and shorter course of treatment for neonatal acute dacryocystitis. |
