| 摘 要： | 参照美国的医院管理模式,结合中国国情,邵逸夫医院成功地探索出了与国际接轨的现代化医院运作机制。在领导体制上实行董事会和院务会领导下的院长负责制;在人事管理上实施全员聘用合同制和岗位等级工资制;在医疗模式上采取主诊医生负责制和医疗委员会制;在服务模式上倡导“以人为本”的服务理念。在为人民群众提供优质、便捷、文明、高效的医疗服务的过程中,医院在短期内得到了高速发展,从而实现了社会效益与经济的双丰收。

| Abstract: | Referred to American hospital management pattern and linked with Chinese practical instance. Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital has successfully groped for a modern world-class hospital running system. On hospital leading construction, president responsible system was adapted based on the directorate system and the Administrative Committee. On human resource management, the all-staff contract employment system and the post-salary system were put into practice. On medical care. Attending Physician System and medical committees were implemented. On service pattern,a philosophy of humanization was demonstrated. By providing convenient, efficient and high quality medical care for all patients, the Hospital has progressed very fast in past several years, thereby .achieved bothe socially and economically. |
