FACILITATE DEVELOPMENT OF GRASS ROOTS HOSPITALS BY SPREADING COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES

The essence of community health service was discussed. It was suggested that community health service was an important approach for grass roots hospitals and township health center to break away from mess and achieve development. Based on the assumption, it was suggested that many measures were needed for community health care:We need great emphasis and supports from government and related sectors; we need to avoid health resources waste through introducing practical regional planning; we need to improve quality and technical standard of medical staff by way of training family practitioners! we need to change our perception and beliefs and to function well in term of service; we need to strengthen management and expand services scope,as well as to regulate service patterns.
