| 摘 要： | 针对新时期的医患矛盾厦门市卫生局把预防和化解相结合,努力引导医患关系步入良性发展轨道,具体做法为:防微杜渐,预防为主,完善医疗质量管理制度,维护医疗安全,抓住群众反映的热点,规范医疗行为,加强与患者沟通,推行“事先告知”办法。完善监督机制:设立卫生投诉中心,加强医疗事故鉴定,加大处罚力度,切实解决患者提出问题。提高机关效能,及时解决医疗纠纷。

| Abstract: | Xiamen health bureau introduced a principle for dealing with patient-physician relationship which emphasize two measures of conflict avoidance and conflict resolution. The detailed were: (1) Inform-consent has been adapted,quality assurance been completed and patient-physician communication been emphasized;(2 ) Supervision mechanism has been established; (3) A complaint center for medical dissention has been built up for malpractice judge; (4) Efficiency of health bureau has been improved so that the medical dissention could be resolved in time. |
