| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨早期床上运动对腹腔镜术后病人肠功能恢复的作用.[方法]将妇科114例腹腔镜术后病人按收治时间分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予早期床上运动护理,对照组应用常规护理方法.观察两组病人术后肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间及腹胀情况.[结果]观察组肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间比对照组缩短,腹胀程度轻,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]早期床上运动可促进妇科腹腔镜术后病人肠功能的恢复.
