摘    要:本研究证实,弓状核损伤后大鼠睾丸和肾上腺谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(Se—GSH—Px)活性明显降低(P<0.05),而脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平在两种组织中都不同程度增高;肝脏中两种物质都非常明显增高(P<0.01);脾脏中两者变化不明显。提示,下丘脑弓状核损毁可影响大鼠睾丸、肾上腺和肝脏Se—GSH—Px活性和LPO水平变化,而对脾脏无影响。

Abstract:It was demonstrated that neonatal administration of monosodium glutamin (MSG) in rats resulted in clearly defined lesions in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus. The present study showed that Se-GSH-Px activity decreased significantly (P<0. 05), and IPO level increased in various degrees in the testes and adrenal; while in the liver, both increased very significantly (P<0. 01). However in the spleen, both did not show any significant changes. These results suggest that Se-GSH-Px activity and LPO level may change in the testes, adrenal and liver bat not in the spleen when hypothalamic arcuate nucleus is damaged in rats.
