糖尿病性微血管病的临床病理生理

摘    要:糖尿病患者大多死于心血管并发症。糖尿病心血管并发症的发生发展与糖尿病性微血管病(diabetic microangiopathy)密切相关。本文将针对糖尿病性微血管病的临床病理生理展开讨论。

Abstract:In present review, the history of microangiopathy discovery and it’s modern concept were introduced and the pathophysiological changes of some vital organs in diabetes were analyzed. The roles of oxidation stress, distur bances of microvascular functions, microvascular endothelial cell damage, PKC and PPARγ in pathogenesis of diabetic microangiopathy were also discussed.
