广东高中生健康素养水平及相关分析

目的 了解广东高中生健康素养知识和理念、行为、技能水平及其关系,为提高中学生的健康素养水平提供依据.方法 采用卫生部编制的《中国公民健康素养调查问卷》对广东省1 747名高中生进行调查.结果 广东高中生健康素养内容的正确回答率为65.6％,健康知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为、健康技能三方面问题的正确回答率分别为68.8％,60.1％和69.8％.正确回答率低于40％的项目为“成年人饮酒日饮用量”(13.4％)、“孕妇产前检查次数”(16.3％)、“对四害传播疾病的认识”(11.0％)、“肺结核病病人可以享受免费抗结核药物治疗”(32.1％)、“癌症早期信号的认识”(20.6％)、“成年人食用盐日摄入量”(26.3％)、“认识药品说明书”(34.5％).健康知识和理念与健康生活方式和行为、健康知识和理念与健康技能、健康生活方式和行为与健康技能的相关系数分别为0.553,0.437,0.438.结论 广东高中生健康素养水平较低,健康知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为、健康技能三方面健康素养存在正相关关系.

Healthy literacy and the influencing factors for Guangdong high school students
