| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广州市小学生自杀行为流行状况及其影响因素,为预防和控制小学生自杀提供科学依据.方法 采用自行设计的问卷结合儿童期虐待问卷( CTQ - SF),对广州市10所小学的全体五、六年级小学生3 045名进行问卷调查.结果 3.4％的广州市五、六年级小学生制定过自杀计划,1.3％的学生采取过自杀措施；多因素分析显示,父亲年龄大(OR=1.05)、重组家庭(OR=8.90)、被同学排斥(OR =1.47)、遭恐吓打骂(OR=2.48)等8个因素是小学生自杀行为发生的危险因素.结论 小学生自杀行为应引起社会的重视,家庭、学校及社会应共同努力为小学生的健康成长创造良好的环境. |
