| 摘 要： | 目的 考察师范类大学生学习适应性与时间管理倾向的关系,为师范类大学院校的心理健康教育提供依据.方法 采用“大学生学习适应量表”和“青少年时间管理倾向量表”,对随机整群抽取的贵州省3所普通高等师范院校500名在校大学生进行调查.结果 在学习适应性方面,除学习动机外,其余男、女生差异均有统计学意义,男生均高于女生；师范类大学生学习能力与时间管理倾向各维度均呈正相关(P值均＜0.01)；学习态度与管理倾向各维度均呈负相关(P值均＜0.01).结论 学习态度和学习能力对师范类大学生时间管理倾向各维度都具有明显的预测力和影响力.
