婴幼儿法洛四联症122例临床分析

目的总结婴幼儿法洛四联症(TOF)纠治术的治疗经验,探讨手术时机、手术以及术后处理方法。方法2001年5月至2007年8月,对122例3岁以内TOF患儿采取TOF纠治术,平均年龄为19.7±2.5个月,平均体重为12.7±2.2kg。术前均行超声心电图或心导管造影检查确诊,均在体外循环下进行根治性手术,部分病例以自体心包或带瓣自体心包扩大右室流出道和(或)肺动脉,对合并畸形者作相应处理。结果本组围手术期死亡5例(4.1%),其中2例死于低心排综合征,2例死于肾功能衰竭,1例死于呼吸功能衰竭。其余患者恢复顺利。结论对症状显著的TOF患儿应尽早手术纠治,提高技术水平,加强术后监护是确保手术成功的关键。

Clinical analysis of Tetralogy of Fallot(report of 122 cases)

Objective To summary the experience of primary correction of Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF)in infants,and to describe the optimal times and operative techniques as well as the postoperative management.
