| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阑尾脓肿的手术治疗方式、效果。方法 剥离粘连后切除阑尾 ,同时切除形成炎性包块的大网膜 ,术后继续应用有效抗生素及腹腔负压引流。结果 32例均痊愈出院 ,经 1～ 2年随访 ,无手术并发症发生。结论 阑尾脓肿采用手术治疗 ,可缩短病程 ,减少并发症

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operative method of appendix abscess. Methods Separating adhesion and removing appendix, resection of inflammatory omentum mass. The effective antibiotics and abdominal negative drainage were used after operation. Results 32 cases were all healed without complication after 1～2 years follow-up. Conclusion The operation of appendix abscess could shorten the therapy course and decrease complications. |
