| 摘 要： | 目的：选取广西、云南、贵州三种产地的金樱根药材,对其根和茎样品的抗炎镇痛活性进行评价。方法：采用鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠足跖肿胀法对金樱根药材根和茎样品的抗炎活性进行比较,采用小鼠醋酸扭体法对其镇痛活性进行比较。结果：金樱根药材均可抑制鼠耳廓肿胀和小鼠扭体反应;部分金樱根药材样品对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀表现为抑制作用。结论：金樱根药材样品具有一定的抗炎作用并且具有不同程度的镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of root and rhizome samples of Radix Rosa Laevigata in Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou. Methods： The mouse auricular model and carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model were used to test the anti-inflammatory activity of root and rhizome samples of Radix Rosa Laevigata. The mouse acetic acid writhing test was used to compare their analgesic activities. Results ： All the Radix Rosa Laevigata samples suppressed xylene-induced mouse ear edema and reduced the writhing number; Parts of Radix Rosa Laevigata samples could remarkably inhibit the rat paw edema. Conclusion：All the Radix Rosa Laevigata samples could have certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of different levels. |
