八段锦锻炼干预辅助治疗社区2型糖尿病108例效果评价

目的 观察八段锦锻炼对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响.方法 对辖区内纳入社区慢病管理系统的108例糖尿病患者进行八段锦锻炼干预,干预疗程6个月,监测干预前、干预3个月和干预6个月后患者空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）变化情况.结果 与干预前相比,干预后3个月、6个月患者上述指标均有不同程度的改善,其中FPG分别下降4.07％、7.85％,HbAlc分别下降1.84％、6.23％,TG分别下降13.66％、22.03％,LDL-C分别下降8.12％、12.89％,干预前后各指标比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 八段锦锻炼能够改善社区2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂水平,是一种安全有效的辅助治疗措施.

The Effectiveness Evaluation of Baduanjin Exercise Intervention in the Adjuvant Therapy of 108 Cases of Community Type 2 Diabetes Patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Ba Duan Jin exercise on the blood sugar and blood lipid of community type 2 diabetes patients. METHODS To do six months course of Ba Duan Jin exercise intervention for 108 cases of diabetes patients whom are involved in the community chronic disease management system of the jurisdiction area, and monitor the changes of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein （LDL-C） of the patients in 3 stages of pre-intervention, intervention for 3 months and post-intervention. RESULTS Compared with pre- intervention, above indicators of the patients had varying degrees of improvement after 3 and 6 months of intervention, thereinto, FPG fell 4.07% and 7.85% respectively, HbAlc fell 1.84% and 6.23% respectively, TG fell 13.66% and 22.03% respectively, LDL-C fell 8.12% and 12.89% respectively, the indicator＇s differences between pre and post intervention were statistically significant（P〈O.05）. CONCLUSIONS Baduanjin exercise can improve the blood sugar and blood lipid of community type 2 diabetes patients. It is a safe and effective adjuvant therapy measure.
