摘    要:目的 探讨生殖道支原体和沙眼衣原体(CT)感染对女性不孕的影响.方法 选择150例女性不孕患者作为观察组,选择同期行人工流产或药物流产的妇女作为对照组,检查两组妇女的解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(Mh)及CT的感染情况,同时分别对这些不孕患者的流产次数、年龄阶段与支原体、CT感染率进行相关性分析.结果 (1)观察组的UU、Mh和CT感染率与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以UU感染率最高;(2)女性不孕患者中,随着流产次数增加,UU、Mh和CT感染率也明显上升;(3)女性不孕患者中,20~30岁患者病原体检出率明显高于31~40岁患者.结论 UU、Mh和CT是导致不孕症发生的重要因素,其中UU感染与女性不孕关系最为密切,因此,在妇科各项诊疗活动中应重视UU、Mh和CT的检测.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate mycoplasma and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection impact on female infertility. METHODS 150 cases of female infertility patients in the observation group, women choose abortion or concomitant medication abortion as a control group, check the two women's UU, mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and chlamydia (CT) the infection, respectively, while the number of abortions these infertility patients, ages and mycoplasma, CT infection correlation were analyzed. RESULTS (1)observation group's UU, Mh and CT infection with the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), which UU highest infection rate; (2)female infertility patients, with the increase in the number of abortions, UU, Mh and CT infection also increased significantly; (3)female infertility patients, 20 to 30 years old pathogen detection rate was significantly higher in patients 31 to 40 years old patients. CONCLUSION UU, Mh and CT are an important factors leading to infertility occurs, which UU infection and infertility in women is most closely related. It should pay attention to UU, Mh and CT detection.
