对腭裂患者进行言语矫治的个案研究

本文主要介绍一例腭裂患者言语障碍矫治前后的状况。在矫治之初，对患者的言语障碍进行全面的评估和分析，针对患者的具体情况，从构音器官改进、自信心培养、鼻音化改进、构音训练4个方面制订了具体的方案。对患者进行间断性指导，同时让患者自主练习。4个月后再次进行评估。对比发现，患者在言语方面有了很大的进步，语音清晰度有了一定的提高，鼻音化现象有了明显改善，而且患者的心理也发生了较大的变化，更加自信和乐观。

A case study on the speech therapy for a cleft palate patient

This article presents a case study of how to treat a cleft palate patient who suffers from speech deficiency. At the beginning, comprehensive assessment and analysis were conducted on the patient. Detailed plans were constructed according to specific circumstances of the patients from 4 aspects： improvement on the speech mechanism involving articulation, cultivation of confidence, improvement on nasalization and speech training. Intermittent guidance was given to the patient and the patient also did independent exercises. Four months later, the patient was assessed again. In comparison, the patient had made considerable progress in speech. The patient＇s speech intelligibility and nasalization had been noticeably improved. In the end, she had become more confident and optimistic
