Sheehan综合征临床分析

目的:探讨Sheehan综合征的发病征象和合理的治疗措施。方法:回顾性分析83例Sheehan综合征的临床特点,漏诊误诊原因及其应时措施。结果:误诊率达54.22%。以消化道症状为首发者共22例,其次为精神障碍、贫血等。结论:对有产后大出血史的患者,出现消化道症状,有低血钠、低血糖或低血压者应警惕Sheehan综合征可能,及时进行有关检查,减少误诊率和病死率。

Analysis the Diagnose and Treatment of the Sheehan Symdrome

Objective To explore the evidence of the Sheehan Symdrome and to discuss the reasonable treatment. Methods Retrospeceively analysis the clinical character and misdiagnosis reason of the Sheehan Symdrome.Result Only ll cases were finally diagnosed in one year after onset of illness(31.8%).The misdiagnosis rate amounted to 54.22%.With the alimentary canal symptom the leader hair was 22 cases.Tbe next in order was anemia etc.Conclusion To suffer who ihfurs big issue of blood in postpartum history on the appearence of the alimentary canal symptom,low serum natrium, hypoglycemia or hypotensions the evidence of the Sheehan Symdrome possibility should be watched out,proceed the relevant check as soon as you can,can reduce the misdiagnosis rate and death rate.
