| 摘 要： | 本文建立了以尼龙网过滤组织块,对早孕蜕膜组织进行体外培养的简便的干贴壁方法。对培养的蜕膜细胞的形态、组织化学及催乳素的释放作了动态观察。催乳素放免测定示,在体外培养的第7d 时,蜕膜细胞释放的催乳素尚能被检测到。

| Abstract: | A simple dry-attached culture method of human decidua from early pregnancy pretreated by washing and filtering on a nylon mesh in vitro has been established.The morphological and histochemical cha- racteristics of cultured decidual cells were observed dynamically.The kinetics of prolactin released by decidual cells were determined by double-antibody radioimmunoassay method.It has been shown that on 7th day after culture the released prolactin could still be detected. |
