血必净注射液治疗肝硬化并原发性腹膜炎疗效观察

[目的] 研究血必净注射液治疗原发性腹膜炎目的临床疗效.[方法] 将2007年3月-2008年7月收入天津传染病医院肝病1科目的85例肝硬化合并原发性腹膜炎患者随机分为对照组和血必净治疗组.对照组按照原发性腹膜炎治疗指南进行治疗;血必净组在对照组治疗基础上加用血必净注射液50mL静脉滴注,2次/d,连续用10d.记录治疗前后患者目的疗效比较,并发症发生及抗生素疗程.[结果] 治疗组抗生素使用疗程较短,并发症目的发生明显少于对照组.[结论] 血必净结合西医治疗能够凋节患者目的免疫功能,可阻断全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)目的病理反应过程

OClinical therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection in treating Complicated Bacterial Peritonitis (SBP) in patients with liver cirrhosis

[Objective] To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection in treating complicated Bacterial Peritonitis(SBP) in patient with liver cirrhosis.[Methods] Eighty-five patients admitted into the department of Tianjin infectious disease hospital from March, 2007 to August, 2008 were randomly divided into control group and Xuebijing group. The patients in the control group were treated according to the therapy guideline of SBP. In Xuebijing group except the treatment in the control group Xuebijing injection was additionally used, intravenous drip, 50 mL, twice a day for 10 days.[Results] The comparative results between Xuebijng group and control group were as follows: The length of treatment with antibiotics in therapy group was shorter than that in the control group. The incidence of complication of therapy group was lower significantly than that in control.[Conclusion] Xuebijing combined with Western medicine can improve the immune function and stop the pathologic course of SIRS.
