| 摘 要： | 目的:以麝香酮含量为指标对骨疽康膏进行质量控制.方法:用气相色谱法测定骨疽康膏中麝香酮的含量.结果:麝香酮在0.3064～1.5320μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998);精密度试验,RSD=1.43%;稳定性试验,RSD=2.6%;加样回收率试验,RSD=4.18%;重复性试验,RSD=3.74%.结论:本法测定骨疽康膏中麝香酮含量专属、可行.

| Abstract: | Objective: To control the quality of Gujukang with the target of muscone content. Method: The muscone content in Gujukang Extract was determined by gas chromatography. Result: The muscone had a good linear relationship between the range from 0.3064 to 1.5320. The accuracy experiment had 1.43% of RSD. The stability test had2.69% of RSD. The recovery rate test of added sample had 4.18% of RSD. The duplicated experiment had 3.74% of RSD. Conclusion: Gas chromatography is exclusive and feasible in determining muscone content in Gujukang Extract. |
