汕头市小儿支气管哮喘的吸入性变应原分析

目的：探讨汕头市小儿支气管哮喘致病因素之一吸入变应原的种类分布，为小儿过敏性支气管哮喘环境干预提供依据。方法：选取在我院就诊的吸入性变应原过筛试验（phadiatop）阳性的哮喘患儿42例，分别检测其血清三种多价吸入性变应原组合，推测小儿哮喘吸入变应原的种类分布趋势。结果：hx2、mx2、wx5的阳性率分别为100％（42／42）、38．2％（16／42）、4．8％（2／42）。结论：汕头市小儿哮喘的吸入变应原的种类主要集中于螨虫、屋尘、蟑螂，霉菌类次之，野草花粉类检出率极低。

The Analysis of the Aspiration Allergen of Child Asthma of Shantou City

Objective: To explore the main aspiration allergen which triggers child allergic asthma in Shantou city so as to provide a reference for environmental intervention.Method: We test tree multivalence aspiration allergen (hx2 mx2 and wx5 )in the serum of 42 children with atopic asthma treated in our hospital from 2000 to 2002 and phadiatop is positive. We compare their positive rate so as to get the main species allergen.Result: hx2 positive rate is 100%(42/42) mx2 positive rate is 38.2%(16/42) wx5 postive rate is 4.8%(2/42).Conclusion: The main aspiration allergen cause child asthma in Shantou are dermatophagoides house dirtcockroach and Fungi, and relevant ratio of wort pollen is sorely low.
