经皮空心钉治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨经皮空心钉固定高龄患者股骨粗隆间分型骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2005至2007年我院38例选择经皮空心钉治疗,70-84岁高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的病例。结果所有病人经过4-36个月随访,髋关节功能评价标准按黄公怡提出的标准:优23例,良10例,中4例,差1例,优良率为86.8%。结论经皮空心钉手术为微创理念手术,具有创伤小、操作简单、恢复快、并发症少等特点,对股骨粗隆间骨折高龄患者来说是一种比较理想的治疗方法。

Abstract:objective To probe into the clinical therapy on the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients with cannulated screws fixation.Methods Looking back on the 38 cases of clinical therapy of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients aged 70 to 84 by choosing the cannulated screws fixation.Results After 4 to 36 months'follow-up of all the patients,the functions of their articulatio coxae are measured by the Huang Gongyi's Standard:23 cases excellent,10 cases good,4 cases average,1 case poor.so the percentage of excel lence and good is 86.8%.Conclusions The Operation by cannulated screws fixation,one that has minimally invasivecOncept,possessing the characteristics of less trauma,easy operation,quick recovery and complication reduction,is a comparatively ideal therapy for the femoral intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients.
