不稳定性心绞痛患者血浆TF和TFPI变化及肝素治疗效果的研究

目的　观察冠心病不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP)患者血浆组织因子 (TF)及组织因子途径抑制物 (TFPI)的改变及应用低分子肝素 (LMWH)后的变化。方法　UAP患者 5 1例 ,其中LMWH组 32例 ,常规治疗组 19例。用药前及用药后 5d酶联免疫法测定血浆TF、TFPI。结果　UAP血浆TF为 82 .5 3± 2 8.13pg/ml,明显高于对照组 ;TFPI为 4 .32± 2 .4 4ng/ml,明显低于对照组。LMWH组TFPI治疗后为 5 .4 6± 3.33ng/ml,较治疗前的 3.87±2 .4 8ng/ml明显升高。 结论　凝血功能异常可能参与UAP发病 ,LMWH治疗可升高血浆TFPI。

The study of the TF/TFPI level in unstable angina pectoris and the affection of low molecular weight heparin therapy

Objective To observe the plasma level of tissue factor(TF) and tissue factor pathway inhibitor ( TFPI ) in unstable angina pectoris (UAP) patients and the changes of above parameters after low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) therapy.Methods 51 UAP patients,LMWH group(n=32) and conventional therpay group (n=19),were studied.The plasma level of TF and TFPI were tested respectively with ELISA assay before and after 5 days therapy.Results The plasma level of TF was higher and TFPI was lower in UAP patients than that in control.Increasing TFPI after LMWH therapy in UAP patients was found.Conclusions Abnormal coagulating function might be involved in the development of UAP.TFPI could be elevated by LMWH.
