中药穴位导入治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效观察

目的:观察中药穴位导入配合常规药物疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将138例肺炎支原体感染患儿分为两组,即治疗组和对照组。治疗组患儿在给予大环内酯类药物治疗基础上,同时给予中药穴位导入治疗,对照组患儿仅给予大环内酯类药物治疗。分析两组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解、肺部体征消失时间及住院时间的差异,评价两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患儿的发热、咳嗽、肺部体征消失时间及胸部X片恢复正常时间均比对照组少,存在显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:中药穴位导入配合大环内酯类常规药物治疗小儿支原体肺炎在缓解患儿临床症状、减轻肺部体征、缩短住院时间等方面较常规药物治疗优越,疗效显著。

Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points import treatment clinical observation on 138 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective： Observe the traditional Chinese medicine aeupu-ncture points to import with routine drug therapy clinical curative effect for the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods ： Randomly 138 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumo-niae infection can be divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. Treatment group of children in giving Macrolide Antibiotics based on drug treatment, while giving Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment to import, the control group with only give Macrolide Antibiotics. Analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups of children, symptoms, lung signs disappeared time and length of hospital stay, evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results： Treatment group of children with fever, cough, lung and chest X-ray signs disappeared time return to normal time was less than the control group, there is significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine acupuncture points to import with Macrolide Antib-iotics treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia in children with ease of clinical symptoms, reduce lung signs and shorten hospitali-zation time more routine drug treatment is superior, the curative effect is remarkable.
