饮食护理对输尿管镜取石术患者术后恢复的影响

目的 探讨饮食护理在输尿管镜取石术中的应用效果.方法 将150例输尿管结石患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组110例和对照组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强饮食护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 观察组的进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组术后腹胀发生率显著少于对照组,食欲显著好于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组（P均＜0.05）;经随访发现,观察组术后的结石复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 饮食护理有利于促进输尿管镜取石术患者术后胃肠功能恢复,减轻腹胀的发生,降低复发率.

The effect of diet nursing on postoperative recovery of the patients with ureteroscopy

Objective To explore the application effect of diet nursing on postoperative recovery of the patients with ureteroscopy.Methods A total of 150 cases of ureteral calculi patients were divided into the observation group with 110 cases and the control group with 40 cases according to different nursing methods,the control group was received routine nursing,observation group was treated with diet nursing based on the control group,two groups were compared with nursing effect.Results Feeding time,recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust time,defecation time,ambulation time,hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the appetite was significantly better than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group （P ＜0.05）.During follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The diet nursing is conducive to promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function of ureteroscopy after operation,reducing the occurrence of abdominal distension and the recurrence rate.
