BRMS1和 Survivin 在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：观察BRMS1和Survivin在人乳腺癌组织中的表达及二者的相互关系，探讨其对乳腺癌发生、发展、转移及预后的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测160例乳腺癌、70例乳腺良性增生和40例癌旁正常组织BRMS1、Survivin的表达水平，并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果BRMS1在乳腺癌、乳腺良性增生和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为34．4％、81．4％、95．0％，与乳腺良性增生和癌旁正常组织比较，乳腺癌组织BRMS1表达明显降低（ P ＜0．05）。 Survivin在乳腺癌、乳腺良性增生和癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率分别为78．8％、17．1％、0，与乳腺良性增生和癌旁正常组织比较，乳腺癌组织Survivin表达明显增加（ P ＜0．05）。 BRMS1和Survivin在乳腺癌组织的异常表达与TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移状况有关（ P ＜0．05），Survivin表达亦与组织学分级有关，二者表达均与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关，且呈明显负相关（ P ＜0．05）。结论BRMS1和Survivin对于乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移及预后具有重要意义，可作为乳腺癌诊断及判断预后的标志物。

Expression and clinical significance of BRMS1 and Survivin in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of BRMS1 and Survivin in breast cancer,and to explore the correlation between them and their effects on the pathogenesis ,development,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods The expression levels of BRMS1 and Survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry in 160 cases of breast cancer,70 cases of mammary glands benign proliferative lesions and 40 cases of normal tissues adjacent to breast cancer.The data was analyzed together with clinical pathological parameters .Results The positive expression rates of BRMS1in breast cancer, mammary glands benign proliferative lesions and normal tissues adjacent to breast cancer were 34.4%,81.4%,95.0%,respectively,the positive expression rates of BRMS1 in breast cancer were significantly decreased ,as compared with those in mammary glands benign proliferative lesions and normal tissues adjacent to breast cancer （ P ＆lt;0.05）.However the positive expression rates of Survivin in breast cancer ,mammary glands benign proliferative lesions and normal tissues adjacent to breast cancer were 78.8%,17.1%,0,respectively,the positive expression rates of Survivin breast cancer were significantly increased,as compared with those in mammary glands benign proliferative lesions and normal tissues adjacent to breast cancer （ P ＆lt;0.05）.The abnormal expression of BRMS1 and Survivin in breast cancer tissue was correlated to TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis .Survivin was also related to histological grade .The abnormal expression of BRMS1 and Survivin in breast cancer tissue was not related to patient＆#39;s age and tumor＆#39;s size,but the expression of BRMS1 was negatively correlated with that of Survivin .Conclusion BRMS1 and Survivin play an important role in the carcinogenesis , development,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer ,which can be used as the markers in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
