中西医用药联合针灸、推拿治疗颅脑损伤康复期临床疗效观察

目的:研究中西医用药联合针灸、推拿治疗颅脑损伤康复期的临床疗效。方法:将2009年5月—2013年12月我院收治的颅脑损伤患者184例纳入研究,根据康复期治疗方法不同分为给予中西医用药联合针灸、推拿治疗的观察组和仅给予西药治疗的对照组,比较两组患者的昏迷状态、康复情况以及认知功能。结果:手术后3、7、14 d时,观察组患者的GCS评分明显低于对照组;FM评分、BI评分以及MMSE总评分、定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力、语言能力评分明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中西医用药联合针灸、推拿治疗有助于促进昏迷状态恢复,改善肢体功能、生活能力以及认知功能,是颅脑损伤康复期理想的治疗方法。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Combined with Acupuncture and Massage in Treating Brain Injury in Rehabilitation Period

Objective ： To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with acupuncture and massage in treating brain injury in rehabilitation period. Methods： 184 eases patients with brain injury in rehabilitation period in our hospital from 2009.5--2013.12 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with acupuncture and massage and control group given Western medieilae. Then coma, rehabilitation and cognitive function were compared, Results ： 3 d,7 d, 14 d after surgery, observation group＇s GCS score was significantly higher than that of control group. FM score, BI score and MMSE total score, orientation, memory, attention and computing power, memory ability, language ability scores were significantly higher than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclosion ： Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with acupuncture and massage are ideal method in treating brain injury in rehabilitation period for it can promote the recovery of coma, improve physical function, living ability and cognitive function.
