分析前列地尔配合疏血通在后循环缺血性眩晕治疗中应用价值

目的:探讨前列地尔配合疏血通在后循环缺血性眩晕治疗中的应用价值。方法:从本院2011年12月—2013年12月收治的后循环缺血性眩晕患者中随机选择100例进行研究,随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),分别给予常规治疗和前列地尔配合疏血通治疗。观察记录两组的血液黏滞性和治疗效果,并进行比较。结果:治疗前,两组的各项血液黏度指标比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);治疗后,较之治疗前,在血液黏度各项指标方面,两组均出现显著下降现象(均P0.05);但在下降幅度方面,观察组要明显大于对照组(P0.05)。治疗结束后,观察组的治疗有效的患者一共有47例,治疗总有效率为94.0%;对照组仅有37例,总有效率为74.0%。在治疗总有效率方面两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,两组均为2.0%(P0.05)。结论:前列地尔配合疏血通治疗后循环缺血性眩晕可以有效改善患者的血液黏滞性和眩晕症状,且不良反应轻微,具有一定的应用价值。

Analysis on Alprostadil Combined with Shuxuetong in Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo

Objective： To explore the application of alprostadil combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo. Method ： 100 cases of patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into observation group （ 50 cases ） and control group （ 50 cases ）. All of the patients were given conventional therapy and alprostadil combined with Shnxuetong treatment. The blood viscosity and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results ： Before treatment, the blood viscosity indexes of the two groups were not significant （ P〉0.05 ）. After treatment, compared with before treatment, the indexes of blood viscosity in the two groups were significantly decreased （ all P〈0.05 ）. But decline degree in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group, （ P〈0.05 ）. At the end of treatment, observation group effectively treated 47 cases and the total effective rate was 94%. The control group only effectively treated 37 cases and the total effective rate was 74%. There was statistical significance of the total efficiency differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. The incidences of adverse reactions in two groups were both 2% （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is certain application value of alprostadil combined with Shuxuetong treatment that can effectively improve the patients ＇ blood viscosity and vertigo of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo and the adverse reaction is mild.
