床旁护理模式对产妇自我护理能力及角色适应的影响

目的 探讨床旁护理模式在产妇护理中的应用效果.方法 将80例初产妇采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用床旁护理模式,比较两组产妇的自我护理能力和母亲角色适应情况.结果 观察组在自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我责任感和自我概念等自护能力方面的得分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组的母亲角色适应得分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 床旁护理可有效提高产科护理质量,提高产妇的自我护理能力,尽快适应母亲的角色.

The effect of bedside care mode on self-nursing ability and role adaptation of puerpera

Objective To explore the application effect of bedside care mode on self-nursing ability and role adaptation of puerpera.Methods Eighty primiparas were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given bedside care mode,self-nursing ability and mother role adaptation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-care skills,health knowledge,self responsibility and self-concept and self-care ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The score of mother role adaptation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Bedside care mode could effectively improve the quality of obstetric care,self-care ability to maternal,make them adapt to the mother＇s role as soon as possible.
