临床护士工作压力源调查分析及对策

目的通过研究临床护士的工作压力源，为探索减轻临床护士压力的方法和途径提供理论依据。方法采用护士压力源量表，利用随机分层抽样的方法，对我院内、外、妇、儿，四大临床科室共102名护士进行调查。结果临床护士在五个维度的压力源中，护理专业及工作方面的得分高于时间分配及工作量、病人护理、管理及人际关系、环境及设备方面，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论针对临床护士最突出的压力源特点，护士自身、医院和社会应采取有效对策，预防或减轻护士工作压力，以促进护士的身心健康及个人综合素质的普遍提升，不断提高护理质量。

Investigation and countermeasures on the clinical nurse＇s work pressure source

Objective To study the clinical nurse through work stress source, to provide the theory basis for the method of relieving clinical nurse pressure. Methods The nurse stressors scale was used to investigate 102 nurses of medicine, surgery, gynaecology, paediatrics departments by the method of random stratified sampling. Results Among five dimensions of the pressure source of clinical nurses, the scores of nursing and work were higher than those of time distribution and workload, patient care, management and interpersonal relationship, the environment and equipment, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Clinical nurses in the most outstanding pressure source characteristics, nurses, hospitals and community should take effective measures to prevent or reduce the nurse working pressure, to promote the nurse＇s physical and mental health and personal comprehensive quality, and to improve the quality of nursing constantly.
