认知护理对乙肝患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

目的探讨认知护理对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2011年10月至2012年4月收治的84例乙肝患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗依从性以及生活质量。结果观察组治疗完全依从率为71．4％，高于对照组的40．5％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的生活质量也明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对乙肝患者施行认知护理干预，可以有效提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量，有重要临床意义，具有临床推广价值。

The effecto of cognitive nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods From Oct 2011 to Apr 2012 84 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected and divided randomly observa- tion group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with cognitive nursing interven- tion based on the control group. The treatment compliance and quality of life of patients were compared between two groups. Results Com- pared with that of the control group, treatment compliance and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher. The differ- ences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The cognitive nursing intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis B can increase the treatment compliance rate and quality of l~i＇e obviously. This nursing method has clinical popularization value.
