腹腔镜手术在女性不孕症诊治中的价值

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在女性不孕诊治中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析该院近2年应用腹腔镜对66例女性不孕症进行诊治的临床资料。结果:66例中发现盆腔病变63例,占95·45%,慢性盆腔炎占第1位,其次是子宫内膜异位症。对输卵管远端阻塞行输卵管造口术或伞成形术后,输卵管恢复通畅率为63·38%。结论:应用腹腔镜技术能早期、准确地明确不孕症盆腔病因并针对性治疗,同时观察输卵管通畅情况,对女性不孕症盆腔病变的诊治具有重要的价值。

Value of diagnosis and treatment of female infertility by laparoscopy

Objective:To study the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and trantment of female infertility.Methods:66 cases of female infertility in recent two years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of 66 cases, 63 cases had pelvic pathological changes, the pregnancy rates were 95.45%, the first was chronic pelvic inflammation, the second was endometriosis.After the operations of fimbria expansion or salpingostomy, the reopen rate of fallopian tubes was 63.38%.Conclusion:Laparoscopy can earlier,directly find out the reason of in fertility which caused by pelvis clisease,to provide timely therapy,and to examine the conditions of fallopian tubes. Laparoscopy have important value of diagnosis and treatment in female infertility.
