| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMl)后急性期室壁瘤(AVA)形成患者皿浆脑钠素(BNP)的动态变化和意义.方法:测定AMI患者发病后6h、12h、18h、1d、2d、3d、5d、24w的血浆BNP浓度.结果:有AVA形成组患者血浆BNP浓度存所测时间点高于无AVA形成组患者,BNP峰值浓度高于无AVA形成组患者,为(12.30±2.24)ng/ml、vs(9.92 ±2.54)ng/ml,P＜0.01;峰值时间早于无AVA形成组患者,峰值时间提前2.07h,有统计学差异[(20.48±3.77)h vs(22,55±3.68)h,P＜0.01];结论:AMI后AVA形成组患者血浆BNP的峰值浓度明显高于无AVA形成组患者,且其达到峰值时间明显提前.
