老年多器官功能不全患者肠内营养治疗与预后相关性分析

目的观察积极的肠道营养对老年多器官功能不全（MODSE）患者预后的影响。方法将37例MODSE患者分成2组，试验组16例接受主动肠道营养刑，对照组21例接受常规饮食，余治疗相同。分别于治疗前后检测2组免疫球蛋白A（IgA）和IgG、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血清白蛋白（ALB）、血红蛋白（Hh）水平并进行比较。结果试验组的总热量和蛋白质摄入量较对照组明显增加。试验组治疗后IgA、IgG、ALB、Hb水平较治疗前明显提高（P〈0．05），CRP明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论主动的肠道营养治疗可使MODSE患者预后得到改善。

Prognostic analysis of enteral nutrition treatment in the elderly with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of aggressive enteral nutrition therapy on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in the elderly （MODSE）. Methods Thirty-seven cases of MODSE were divided into two groups. The experimental group, consisted of 16 cases, received aggressive enteral nutrition therapy; meanwhile,the control group received regular diet. The essential treatments of two groups were indistinctive. The levels of immunoglobulin A（ IgA）, immunoglobulin G（ IgG）, C reactive protein（ CRP）, albumin（ALB） and hemoglobin（Hb） were measured before and after treatment. Results The total calirie and intake of protein in experimental group were higher than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of IgA, IgG, ALB and Hb in experimental group were increased significantly after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the level of CRP in experimental group was decreased statistically （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The aggressive enteral nutrition therapy could improve the prognosis of MODSE.
