依帕司他辅助治疗90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的药效分析

目的探讨依帕司他在糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)治疗中的临床应用价值。方法将2010年1月—2011年12月本院诊治的90例DPN患者分成两组:实验组45例;对照组45例。对照组采用银杏注射液静脉滴注治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上再加用依帕司他口服治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状评分、体征评分、血糖水平、神经传导速度。结果实验组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的症状评分和体征评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)指标值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者正中神经、尺神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)均显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用依帕司他辅助治疗DPN的疗效显著。

Efficacy analysis of Epalrestat for the treatment of 90 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical value about Epalrestat for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods The 90 cases of DPN patients admitted to hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n = 45) and treatment group(n =45).The control group was only treated with ginkgo injection,but the treatment group was also treated with Epalrestat on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,symptom scores,signs score,the levels of blood glucose,and the nerve conduction velocity in 2 groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group(P < 0.05);the symptom scores and signs score in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than in the control group(P < 0.05);the index value of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);the MNCV and SNCV of median nerve,ulnar nerve and tibial nerve in the treatment group after treated were significantly faster than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant clinical effect of Epalrestat for the treatment of DPN.
