| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吸烟对精子DNA完整性和精子参数的影响。方法精子DNA完整性检测采用精子染色质扩散试验(SCD),以DNA断裂指数(DFI)表示。调查200例男性不育患者的吸烟情况,并进行精液常规分析和DFI分析。结果吸烟组精子密度、活动率、前向运动率和DFI与非吸烟组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸烟可以影响精液常规参数和精子DNA完整率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of cigarette smoking on human sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters. Methods Sperm DNA integrity was evaluated by sperm chromatin dispersion(SCD) and the results were expressed in terms of DNA fragmentation index(DFI).The cigarette smoking status of 200 patients with male infertility were surveyed,sperm parameters and DFI were measured in them. Results There was a statistical difference in the concentration and mobility and forward mobility and DFI of sperm between the smoker group and the nonsmoker group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cigarette smoking affects routine semen parameters and sperm DNA integrity. |
