不同时机康复介入对不同程度的脊髓损伤患者神经功能恢复的影响研究

目的探讨不同时机康复介入对不同程度的脊髓损伤患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2009年10月至2011年10月接受手术治疗和术后康复的不同程度的脊髓损伤患者48例，随机分为早期康复介入组和晚期康复介入组，每组24例。观察不同时机康复介入对不同程度的脊髓损伤患者神经功能恢复的影响。结果治疗后，两组患者的运动评分、触觉评分和痛觉评分均明显高于治疗前（P〈0．05）；早期介入组运动评分、触觉评分和痛觉评分均明显高于晚期介入组（P〈0．05）；早期介入组患者的康复治疗时间与晚期介入组患者之间比较无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论旱期康复介入对不同程度的脊髓损伤患者神经功能恢复效果明显．值得推广．

The rehabilitation intervention of different time for neurological function recovery of the patients with spinal cord injury of different degree.

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation intervention of different time for neurological function recovery of the patients with spinal cord injury of different degree. Methods Forty - eight patients with spinal cord injury of different degree received surgery and postopera- tive rehabilitation from October 2009 to October 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into early rehabilitation intervention group and late re- habilitation intervention group, 24 cases of each group, and observed the rehabilitation intervention of different time for neurological function recov- ery of the patients with spinal cord injury of different degree. Results After the treatment, the motor score, tactile score and pain score in the two groups were significantly higher than before （ all P 〈 0.05 ） ; the motor score, tactile score and pain score in the early rehabilitation intervention group were significantly higher than late rehabilitation intervention group （ all P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference in rehabilitation time between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention for neurological recovery of the patients with spinal cord injury of different degree has good efficacy, and it is worth to be applied in clinical practice.
