三联疗法治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

目的观察三联疗法治疗反流性食管炎的-临床疗效。方法78例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组，观察组采用阿莫西林＋奥美拉唑＋甲硝唑治疗，对照组采用甲氧氯普胺治疗，两组疗程均为8周。观察两组患者治疗总有效率、症状积分变化及药物不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率（90．O％）明显高于对照组治疗总有效率（71．1％）（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗结束后症状积分较治疗前均明显减少（P〈0．05），且治疗组较对照组治疗后症状积分降低更加明显（P〈0．05）；两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论三联疗法治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著，无明显副作用，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study on triple therapy in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of triple therapy in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods Seventy eight cases of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups, patients in observation group were treated with omeprazole, amoxicillin plus metronidazole therapy, and patients in control group were treated with metoclopramide. The treatment course lasted eight weeks for both two groups. The total effective rate, changes in symptom scores and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group （90.0%） was significantly higher than that of patients in control group （71.1%） （ P 〈0.05） ; The symp- tom scores of two groups after treatment were more significantly reduced than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and symptom scores of observa- tion group were more significantly decreased than those of control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reaction hap- pened in two groups during the course of treatment. Conclusion The treatment with triple therapy had good efficacy in patients with reflux esoph- agitis without adverse reactions. It is worthy for clinical application.
