新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜在卵巢癌患者中的治疗效果研究

目的观察新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜在卵巢癌患者中的治疗效果。方法将100例确诊为卵巢癌并经过分析需要手术治疗的患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组给予新辅助化疗＋腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤减灭术，对照组给予腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤减灭术＋术后化疗。记录患者手术时间、术中出血量，是否达到理想减灭率，术后患者切口恢复情况及有无发热。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、理想减灭率分别为（129．3±69．7）min、（360．0±108．9）ml、74．00％，与对照组的（189．6±78．9）min、（642．2±116．7）ml、40．00％比较，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义；观察组切口感染率、发热率、术后1年生存率分别为6．00％、4．00％、64．00％，与对照组的22．00％、16．00％、58．00％相比，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论新辅助化疗能够有效地提高卵巢癌患者的手术效果，减少并发症，提高了患者的生存率。

Effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopy in ovarian cancer patients. Methods One hundred eases diagnosed with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and laparoscopic cytoreduetive surgery, the control group received laparoscopic eytoreductive surgery and chemotherapy. Operative time, blood loss, abatement rate, incision healing and postoperative fever were recorded. Results The op- erative time, blood loss and desired abatement rate were 129.3 ＋ 69.7 min, 360.0 ＋ 108.9 ml and 74% , respectively in observation group, while they were 189.6 ＋ 78.9 min, 642.2 ＋ 116.7 ml, and 40% respectively in the control group （ P 〈 0.01）. The wound infection rate, heating rate and 1 - year survival rate were 6.00%, 4.00% , 64.00% respectively in observation group, and they were 22.00%, 16.00% , and 58.00%, respectively in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can effectively enhance the effect of surgery for o- varian cancer patients, reduce complications and improve the survival rate of patients.
