| 摘 要： | 目的结合文献复习,分析结节性筋膜炎的临床表现及病理特点,防止误诊误治。方法回顾性总结2000—2010年诊断为结节性筋膜炎的病例并复习有关文献。结果 21例通过临床表现初诊,并最终通过病理确诊,全部手术切除,2例术后复发后行二次切除。结论通过临床表现及病理可确诊结节性筋膜炎,手术治疗疗效可靠。应注意鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and pathological features of nodular fasciitis through reviewing related literatures,to prevent misdiagnosis. Methods Retrospectively sum up the cases diagnosed as nodular fasciitis during 2000 to 2010 and review the related literatures. Results 21 cases were newly diagnosed through the clinical performance and ultimately confirmed by pathology,all of those cases treated with surgical resection,2 cases of recurrence underwent the second surgical resection. Conclusion Nodular fasciitis can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations and pathology,surgical treatment is reliable.The differential diagnosis should be noted. |
