玻璃酸钠关节腔填充对踝关节骨折后创伤性关节炎的疗效分析

目的探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔填充对踝关节骨折后创伤性关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法将2006年12月—2010年7月收治的95例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=46),其中观察组患者骨折术后关节腔填充玻璃酸钠,对照组仅进行常规功能恢复性锻炼。结果两组患者治疗前VAS评分及ROM均无统计学差异,治疗后VAS评分均有明显降低,ROM明显改善,而观察组VAS及ROM改善程度明显优于对照组;观察组不良反应率为4.26%,对照组为19.57%,观察组不良反应及无痛行走能力均明显优于对照组。结论术后关节腔填充注射玻璃酸钠能够显著降低患者关节红肿、疼痛现象,对提高关节活动范围、降低并发症有重要意义,且安全性良好。

Curative effect analysis of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity filling on traumatic arthritis after ankle fracture

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity filling on traumatic arthritis after ankle fracture. Methods Ninety five patients in our hospital from December 2006 to July 2010 were selected as the object of study,they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=47) and the control group(n=46),the patients in observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity filling after operation,in control group underwent conventional functional rehabilitation exercise. Results The scores of VAS and ROM in two groups before treatment were not of statistical difference,VAS after treatment decreased,ROM improved significantly,while the improvements of VAS and ROM in observation group were superior to those in the control group.The adverse reaction rate in observation group and control group were 4.26% and 19.57% respectively.The adverse reaction and painless walking activity in observation group were better than in the control group. Conclusion The postoperative joint cavity filling of sodium hyaluronate can significantly reduce the abscess of joint and pain,has the important value in reducing complications with good safety.
