细支气管肺泡癌中PCNA、p16和p27的表达及其临床意义

目的分析细支气管肺泡癌(BAC)标本中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和肿瘤抑制因子p16和p27的表达及与临床病理特征、预后的关系,进而评价其作为判断BAC预后指标的可行性。方法检测68例手术切除的BAC患者石蜡包埋组织,并取同期24例相应癌旁正常肺组织作正常对照,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测以上标本中PCNA、p16及p27的表达情况。结果 BAC组织中PCNA表达水平显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。BAC组织中p16、p27表达水平显著低于正常肺组织(P<0.05);PCNA高表达同BAC的组织学类型、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),而p16、p27的失表达同淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论联合检测BAC组织中PCNA、p16和p27的表达水平有助于预测患者预后。

Expression and clinical significance of PCNA, p16 and p27 in BAC

Objective To analyze the relationship between proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in bronchioloalveolar carcinoma(BAC) specimens and the clinic characteristics and prognostic factors of p16 and p27,and evaluate the its feasibility as an indicator for judgment BAC prognosis. Methods The expression of PCNA,p16 and p27 was assessed in 68 paraffin-embedded BAC specimens by immunohistochemical staining(S-P),the 68 specimens contrast to the 24 normal lung tissues. Results The expression levels of PCNA in BAC were significantly higher than those in pulmonary benign lesion tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of p16 and p27 in BAC were significantly lower than those in pulmonary benign lesion tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCNA was related to the histological type of BAC and lymph nodes metastasia(P<0.05).The positive rate of p16 and p27 were related to the lymph nodes metastasia(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of the expression of PCNA,p16 and p27 is helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with BAC.
