| 摘 要： | 目的研究益气养阴方对白血病细胞Caspase-3及Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响,探讨复方中药诱导白血病细胞凋亡的机制.方法给EL9611红白血病小鼠灌服益气养阴方水煎剂13 d后处死,取股骨骨髓细胞,用免疫组化法测细胞Ca spase-3及Bcl-2蛋白表达.结果益气养阴方组与对照组比较,Caspase-3表达阳性率增加(P＜0.01);Bc1-2表达积分下降(P＜0.01).结论益气养阴方上调白血病细胞Caspase-3表达、下调Bcl-2表达是其诱导白血病细胞凋亡的重要途径.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 protein in leukemia cell by Yiqiyangyin formula, investigate the mechanism of decoction in inducing leukemia apoptosis. Method EL9611 erythroleukemia mice were filled with the concentrated liquid of Yiqiyangyin formula in the stomach. After thirteen days, the mice were sacrified and their femur myelo cells were taken out. Then the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 protein were observed by immunohistochemical staining method analysis. Result Contrast to the control group, the positive rate of the expression of Caspase-3 in the Yiqiyangyin formula group increased (P<0.01), and the total level of Bcl-2 decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Yiqiyangyin formula upgrading the expression of Caspase-3 in leukemia cells and depressing the expression the Bcl-2 was important ways in inducing leukemia cells apoptosis. |
