| 摘 要： | 我院自１９９０年以来，采用不同方向的楔形截骨术治疗外伤性跖跗骨畸形足８例。该手术能矫正畸形、恢复足弓、手术简便，破坏性小，用＂冂＂形钉内固定坚强，有利于维持关节稳定，改善了足的功能。该手术方法改变了矫正先天性足畸形和其它原因引起的足畸形时所常用的三关节融合传统术式，本文就手术方法的改进和注意事项作了说明。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed 8 cases of wedge-shaped osteotomy for the treatment of traumatic tarsometatarsal talipes.Malunion of tarsometatarsal fracture is usually treated with tranditional triple arthrodesis.The authors prefer various wedge-shaped osteotomies for treating this kind of deformed foot.This osteotomy is simpler and stabler.Seven cases so treated had obbained perfect results. |
