摘    要:目的:研究一氧化氮(NO)在大鼠缺血再灌注性心律失常中的作用,以及定心方防治心律失常的NO机制。方法:大鼠冠状动脉结扎造成心肌缺血,松开结扎线造成缺血再灌注模型,观测NO激动剂及拮抗剂对NO及心律失常的影响,进一步观察定心方对NO及心律失常的作用。结果:NO升高时,心律失常的发生减少,定心方能增加心脏血中NO含量。结论:NO与心律失常的发生呈负相关,定心方能通过增加血中NO含量而防治心律失常。

Abstract:s:Objective: The goal of this study was to investigate whether nitric oxide (NO) is a key fact in dingxin Recipe's (DXR) protective effects on arrhythmias induced by ischemia and reperfusion. Methods: Rats were given coronary artery ligature to form ischemia and reperfusion model. NO level and the occurrence of arrhythmias was inspected after arginine,L N Nitro Arginine Methyl Ester (L NAME) and DXR being given previously. Results: DXR could obviously oppose arrhythmias induced by ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Compared with control group, DX of high dose and low dose could increase the NO level in the blood of rat hearts ( P <0.05). Conclusion: DXR could obviously antagonize arrhythmias induced by ischemia and reperfusion. This effect has relationship to the elevated NO level in hearts.
