萎缩性胃炎危险因素调查

摘    要:对萎缩性胃炎100例危险因素进行调查,采用配比病例对照方法,发现家族胃病史,口、鼻、咽慢性炎症,进食快,不按时进餐,性格忧郁等为慢性萎缩性胃炎的危险因素;油炸食物为可疑因素。它们的OR值分别为:3.58、3.00、3.37、5.83、3.50、3.00。

Abstract:A case control investigation on the risk factors of 100 matched pairs of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) was carried out in Nanchang and Yichun City during April 1984-June 1087. Odds ratio (OR) of various factors and their 95% confidence Iimites and X~2 value was calculated. Weighted logistic method analysis was done to six risk factors. It's found that the CAG is closely related to family history of gastric diseases, irregular time for meals, taking meal quickly, eating fried foods, melancholy and chronic inflammation of the mouth, nose, and throat.The OR of these factors are :3.58, 5.83, 3.73, 3.5 and 3.0(P<0.001) respectively. The results of analysis by Weighted logistic method revealed that family history of gastric diseases, irregular time for meals, taking meal quickly and chronic inflamation of mouth, nose and throat play a considerable role in the occurence of CAG. Melancholy with family history of gastric disease play a certain part in the risk of CAG.
