| 摘 要： | 目的:评价2005年版《中国药典》(一部)中颗粒剂的收录现状与规范性问题。方法:对2005年版《中国药典》(一部)中全部颗粒剂品种从制备方法、质量控制等方面进行分析。结果:制备工艺兼顾传统工艺与现代制备技术,现代分析技术在中药颗粒剂中得到了进一步的扩大应用;浓缩清膏的温度与比重没有统一规范,不同品种相同成分含量测定要求及限度指标等差异较大。结论:2005版《中国药典》(一部)颗粒剂质量控制存在不合理的情况,需进一步完善。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current status and the standardization of granules indexed in Chinese Pharmaˉcopoeia(1part)of2005edition.METHODS:All kinds of granules indexed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1part)fo2005edition were analyzed in terms of preparative method,quality control,etc.RESULTS:The preparation technology combined both traˉditional and modern preparative techniques,and modern analytical techniques were extensively applied in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine granules.There were no unified criteria for the temperature and the specific weights of the conˉcentrated pure cream,and the requirement and the limit index in the determination of the same content in different categories varied greatly from each other.CONCLUSIONS:The quality control of granules indexed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1part)of2005edition is still irrational,which remains to be further improved. |
